SG Sparkle Solutions offers a range of professional cleaning services including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and floor polishing.

2. Appointment and Scheduling

All service requests are subject to availability. Appointments can be scheduled through our platform or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances with reasonable prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for cleaning services is due as outlined during the booking process. We accept payments via the methods presented on our platform. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the service.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the premises to be cleaned are accessible at the scheduled time.
• Remove any fragile or valuable items from the cleaning areas before service.
• Communicate any specific cleaning instructions or requirements clearly prior to service delivery.

5. Liability and Damages

SG Sparkle Solutions exercises the utmost care during service delivery. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or loss of property. Claims regarding damages caused by our staff must be reported within 48 hours after service completion. Liability is limited to the cost of the affected service.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the nature of the cancellation and service engagement.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the platform or services for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes. Any misuse may result in termination of service and legal action if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and graphics displayed on this platform are the property of SG Sparkle Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy
